Let me introduce myself: I'm Jules
My name is Jules, a little over 40 and for more than a decade a resident of sun-drenched Lisbon. My first encounter with Marike was rather unusual: once, together with two friends, I posed as a model for her book the Escort Bible. Well, “model” might sound a bit more ambitious than it really was… Let’s say I played a small part, as all attention (rightly so) went to the dazzling ladies.
Since 2017, I have been working with great pleasure for Society Service. It all began with writing blogs on topics such as the ultimate high class playlist, the best wine bars in the Netherlands, and the top 5 tropical islands to visit with your escort. Soon, this evolved into something more. I loved blogging, but I realized that I wanted to contribute further. With that idea in mind, I mustered the courage and asked Marike if I could take on a larger role within her company. Fortunately, Marike was open to the idea, and with her busy schedule, she could really use my help, especially with handling applications. It was a new challenge into which I dove enthusiastically.
My role continued to evolve, and a while back I had an idea: why not introduce a concierge service within Society Service? Not a traditional luxury service, but a unique experience focused on intimacy and connection. I pitched the idea during one of Marike’s visits to Portugal, and she was immediately enthusiastic. That conversation set everything in motion. Today, I serve as Marike’s right-hand, taking care of everyday tasks such as arranging your bookings and answering your questions. I combine this with my role as experience manager and as Your Intimate Concierge (YIC) at Society Service. My mission? To perfect every booking down to the smallest detail. While Marike focuses on the big picture, I concentrate on the finishing touches.
Whether it’s finding a fantastic restaurant, organizing unique activities, or selecting a special gift for your company, I ensure that everything is arranged to perfection. Each experience is tailor-made, fully aligned with the wishes and expectations of our clients.
A bit of background
I studied multimedia storytelling, and telling stories has always been my passion. Throughout my career, I have made several short films that were showcased at various festivals, and I even had my own beer brand. That brand was more about the story behind it than the beer itself, but that also defines me: I am always in search of the narrative, the unique experience that leaves a lasting impression. This is precisely what attracts me to Society Service; it is a world of storytelling where unique experiences take center stage.
My talents and collaboration with Marike
I consider myself a sociable person and truly enjoy working with both our clients and our escorts. I believe my strength lies in quickly and naturally creating a personal and comfortable connection. This ability helps me ensure that every experience we provide perfectly meets the expectations of everyone who works with us.
Marike and I are also becoming increasingly in sync. Our differences in personality complement each other well. Marike has been running this company for years, and she does so with incredible precision and structure. Everything with her is perfectly streamlined, and nothing is left to chance. I still have so much to learn from her, especially when it comes to organization and planning.
In short, my work at Society Service combines everything I love: storytelling, personal connections, and creating unique experiences. I look forward to growing further in my role and, together with Marike, taking our services to an even higher level.
