Cancellation Policy

Our current cancellation policy is detailed in our terms and conditions. We make a distinction between normal bookings and guaranteed bookings. The higher the client level, the more flexible the cancellation options. We understand that flexibility is important, but also that canceling bookings affects the availability of our escorts. Because our services are tailor-made, a cancellation means that an escort's time could wrongly not be reserved by others, which is annoying given the limited availability.

We are currently considering simplifying our cancellation policy and would like to hear your suggestions about what you would consider reasonable. Suppose you need to cancel your booking. What time period do you think is reasonable to do this without costs? If there are costs associated with your cancellation, what costs would you consider reasonable? A percentage of the booking rate or a fixed rate? Should it make any difference whether;

Are you booking with us for the first time or are you a regular client?
This is your first cancellation or does this happen more often?
Your booking has a shorter duration (2 to 12 hours) or lasts longer?
Your escort has requested time off from work/study specifically for the booking?

Now that you have the answers to the above questions, try putting yourself in the escort's position. Suppose you work as a high-end escort and want to accept a maximum of 2 bookings per week. Knowing that bookings are usually made a day or more in advance, until when would you like to be able to receive a cancellation without receiving compensation for the reserved time and lost income? What would you consider a good balance between flexibility and respecting our escorts' time?

When we look at other custom services and products, we see that they usually have much stricter cancellation policies than our current cancellation options. However, what we also see is that clients often have a choice, such as a cheaper non-flex rate versus a more expensive full-flex rate. This is an option we are considering. Do you have any other suggestions? These are very welcome.

Additional charges for additional services

Some preferences and requests require more preparation or are more labor intensive. Examples of this are extensive clothing preferences, taking (many) extra clothes and toys, and erotic preferences such as fetish, BDSM, Pornstar Experience and A-levels. Although we do not charge a fixed additional fee for these extra efforts, we do emphasize that a tip is appreciated. Unfortunately, we often see that clients do not tip, which leads to a reduced willingness of our escorts to provide these extra services.

We want to find a way to fairly reward these extra efforts without creating an obligation or sense of obligation for the escort. Our competitive colleagues often charge a fixed rate per desired additional service. We have not done this so far to avoid a sense of obligation, but also because it does not sufficiently reflect the type of experience we would like to offer. This is now encountering objections from our escorts, which is why we are also very curious about your input.

The first question is of course whether you would be willing to pay a fee for additional services that require more preparation or effort. This extra compensation goes entirely to your escort and not to us as a mediator. What compensation would you consider reasonable?

If you believe that an additional compensation is justified, how could we best communicate this? This often concerns services that cannot be guaranteed in advance that they will be possible during your booking. We do not think it would be desirable to leave this to you and the escort during the booking. After all, a conversation about money rarely improves the atmosphere.
