Privacy policy of our high end escortservice
Society Service is the controller of your personal data, determining how and why it is processed. This privacy statement explains which data we process, why, under which legal bases, and your privacy rights.
While many competitors have copied our privacy statement, what sets us apart is that we go beyond words. Our privacy measures are not just theoretical; they are an integral part of our business. We engage privacy and data protection experts as an ongoing business practice to maintain secure policies.
1. Application privacy statement
This privacy statement applies to any interaction through email, website, telephone, WhatsApp, SMS, and after any booking is made.
2. What information do we collect
Information is collected directly from clients and, in some cases, from escorts or public sources. The personal data must be accurate and complete, as incorrect and/or incomplete data may prevent us from providing services. This impacts the level of anonymity but not confidentiality.
In the event of a confirmed booking, we collect the following data: name, contact details, age, occupation, preferences, and relevant personal information. If a booking is canceled, the same data will be processed, except for the information provided by the escort(s). If an inquiry or booking request does not result in a booking, only the (email) correspondence will be retained.
In case of breaches of our Terms and Conditions, such as offensive comments, threats, overdue payment, requests for unsafe sex, or attempts to contact escorts outside of our agency and in the event of so-called 'fakers', privacy may be affected as necessary measures are taken to protect our business and the safety of our team. All related information will be collected, processed, and stored until there is no longer a risk of further damage or non-compliance.
3. Why we collect and use personal information
Society Service collects and processes personal data for the following reasons:
- To create a successful match between you and one or more escorts.
- To manage bookings and improve future services.
- To ensure the safety and welfare of escorts.
- To prevent 'fakers' from causing (further) damage.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Personal data will not be processed for any other purpose unless explicitly agreed upon.
4. Basis
Society Service processes personal data based on the following legal grounds:
- The legitimate business interests of Society Service: where it is necessary for Society Service to understand its clients and their wishes and to operate effectively as the leading high class escort service in the Netherlands.
- Vital interests: to ensure the safety and well-being of escorts and ensure they do not exceed their personal limits, so that physical integrity is guaranteed.
- Compliance with laws: where Society Service must process personal data in order to comply with a legal duty or obligation.
5. The storage of information
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in section 3 and according to applicable legal retention periods. This period is 7 years. If we no longer need to keep your personal information, we will delete it.
We want to be transparent about how we process, protect, and delete your data. The following processes within our organization ensure this:
- Mobile Devices: We do not store your number on mobile devices. Call history is retained for a maximum of 4 months, and old devices are completely wiped before being replaced.
- Whatsapp: Messages via WhatsApp are deleted automatically after one week.
- Custom CRM: After 3 years, your data is anonymized, meaning it can no longer be used to identify you. After 7 years, the data is permanently deleted.
- E-mail: Emails are deleted from servers after one year and from local storage after three years. Any (encrypted backups are deleted after seven years.
6. Share personal data
Personal information is not shared within the organization, unless this is strictly necessary for persons who need to know this information, such as for the execution of and / or making a booking possible.
Society Service may share your personal data with third parties in the following cases:
- Anonymized to peers in the case of fakers;
- To legal advisors for obtaining legal advice;
- To debt collection agencies in case of default;
- To the government to protect our rights, property, your safety and the safety of the escorts;
- To comply with a legal duty or obligation.
Society Service ensures that personal information is shared sparingly and only when absolutely required.
7. How Society Service protects personal information
We maintain stringent security measures, including cybersecurity screenings, penetration tests, and custom-built applications. We limit data sharing within our organization to protect sensitive information; escorts, for example, do not receive identifying client details and are bound by a non-disclosure agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed, we will not initiate contact with you unless there is a valid reason. If we need to reach you, we will send an email; we will only call to return a missed call within 60 minutes or in urgent matters related to your (upcoming) booking.
Our commitment to privacy also includes automatic anonymization of personal data after 3 years and deletion after 7 years. We store data securely on private servers, ensuring that your information is not only stored with care but also processed under strict data protection protocols.
Unfortunately, no data transfer or internet storage can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. If you believe there is an unsafe situation, please notify us immediately at the email address below.
8. Privacy rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, except when involved in breaches of our terms (e.g., "fakers"). Deleting or anonymizing your data will require you to undergo the client verification process again for future bookings, resulting in the loss of repeat client benefits.
9. Changes to this privacy statement
We regularly update this privacy statement to reflect changes in legal requirements and internal processes. Due to our discretion, we do not maintain a mailing list to notify clients of these updates. The most recent version of the privacy statement will always be available on our website.
10. Contact us
If you have any questions or comments about this privacy statement, please contact us via email at legal@societyservice.com. For unresolved issues, you may contact the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
